Our Interactive voice response system is secure because we identify your primary phone number when you call in. If we can identify your phone number, we ask you for your personal passcode to access the voice response system. Once your passcode is successfully entered, you have access to your account information. Using this type of voice response system makes your inquiries fast and secure!
